Raphaël Lamy – Founder of Lamy Realty

With over two decades of experience in international real estate, Raphaël Lamy has built a career defined by expertise, adaptability, and a deep understanding of both European and U.S. markets. He began his journey in France in the early 2000s, closing his first deals even before the introduction of the euro in 2001. In 2006, he relocated to Florida, obtaining his real estate license and joining a leading French-American real estate firm in Orlando.

In 2010, Raphaël took his skills to Switzerland, managing a real estate business in the Geneva region before being hired by Casino Development to oversee new store openings in Paris. After several successful years in Europe, he returned to the U.S. in 2015, joining Sotheby’s International Realty, where he specialized in high-end residential and investment properties. In 2022, he moved to Charlotte, meeting North Carolina’s licensing requirements by working with Keller Williams before launching Lamy Realty as an independent broker.

Throughout his career, Raphaël has cultivated a strong professional network and developed extensive expertise across commercial, residential, and investment real estate.
